✍️ To possess means to seize, to get, to lay hold of, to grasp, to dispossess our enemies. It means to occupy by driving out the tenants with force. It means casting out and destroying. Possessing means: to enter into and control firmly, while possessions mean: something owned, occupied, or controlled. God gave this prophetic promise and covenant to Abraham concerning you and me many years ago, declaring to Abraham that his seed would possess the gates of the enemy, which simply means that we would have Dominion over the forces of the enemy, and this is a must if we must become all God has planned for us in life.

"....thy seed shall possess the gate of their enemies". This speaks of power, authority, and dominion over every power of the enemy. This speaks of the fact that God has covenanted with Abraham that his seed (which of course, is talking about the believer today) would have and exercise dominion over the forces of the devil 👿 that are always arrayed to prevent the blessings coming our way. This is key 🗝️ because if we are able to walk in God's blessings in our life, then no power should be able to stand in your way and in my way in Jesus Name 🙏.

The demons 👿 do not take permission before possessing their victims. Some come subtly. Now, possessing your possession is not for the lazy bunch; this promise will only work for the ones who are willing to do their part in order to get blessed. You 🫵 must possess the gates of your enemies in Jesus Name 🙏. You 🫵 will possess your health, your business, your working environment, your unborn children, and your family in the Name of Jesus Christ 🙏.

Now, just to show you just how strong this matter was then and is today. When Rebekah was getting married that time, it was these very words her family used in blessing her and sending her forth into marriage as recorded in Genesis 24:60. "And they blessed Rebekah, and said unto her, Thou art our sister, be thou the mother of thousands of millions, and let thy seed possess the gate of those which hate them".

This is a Vow! These people could think of no other words with which to send their daughter to marriage except these words, powerful and prophetic. This is the same prophetic blessing you 🫵 and I enjoy today as children of God if you 🫵 have accepted Christ as your Lord and Savior. If you 🫵 have made Christ your Lord, then you 🫵 are Abraham's seed, and this covenant, as well as blessing, is yours too in Jesus Mighty Name 🙏. Receive the Power from above to possess the gates of your enemies from this day henceforth in Jesus Mighty Name 🙏. Happy Sunday 🎉.
